If you think you have overpaid for shipping on multiple items, please contact me and I can issue a partial refund to cover this excess paid.
Some of my frogs are made to order and are not immediate shipping, so please be aware that shipping can take from 1-3 weeks in some cases.
If you purchase an item and realise you no longer want it, it is possible (but still my decision) that I can refund the order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Refunds don't have to be given if requested but if you have concerns, please contact me.
